TOURNAMEMT RULES 1. You Must be Physically or mentally challenge to fish in this Tournament . 2. You must have a valid NC fishing liscense. 3. If you are not you own Guardian you must be accompanied by parent or guardian, work. 4. One fishing pole in the water at a time per angler. 5. The use of live bait or rubber bait, plugs ect, is aloud. 6. No prebaiting fish aloud.7. you must be 12yr or under to fish in the non-handicap divsion and the cost is $ 5.00 pre-angler. 8. ONLY SPECIAL NEED ANGLERS AND 12 AND UNDER DIVSION MY FISH!!
